Guys Advise Me I Get W`et Any Time I See My Blood Brother , I Keep Having H`o`t S`*`x With Him

It started when we are small so I and my brother uses to play together so I started loving him even we do have s``x in the bush.
So now I can't stop it because in the night I see my brother sle`eping with me, sometimes I go to be`d with clothes but when I woke up in the morning I will be n*d e  which I don't understand the meaning.
